With over fifteen years of experience in AR and Credit Management, she excels at guiding teams to success.

 

Since 2013, Dr. Caise has served as an ordained executive pastor, blending her professional skills with her commitment to spiritual growth. Her research, Exploring the Impact of Micromanagement Leadership in Remote Work Environments, published in the BMRA Journal (January 2024), highlights her expertise in leadership and remote work.
